Directors and Executive Officers

Randall E. McCoy is President / Director. He has more than 20 years of experience in scientific research and development. His previous employment includes George Washington University , Temple University Medical School , RCA, GE, and SRI. Mr. McCoy has designed and manufactured lenticular reflective optics and high definition plastics. He has also helped over 225 foreign and domestic companies introduce their products into the US and World market. Mr. McCoy currently has over 30 Patents US and World Wide.

Dr. J. Roy Nelson is Vice President of Research and Development/ Secretary/ Treasurer/ Director.  He is a specialist in fine particle technology and polymer science and chemistry.  His previous employment includes RCA, GE and SRI International.  Dr. Nelson received a B.S. degree in organic chemistry from UCLA, a M.S. in synthetic organic chemistry from the University of Illinois and a Ph.D. in material/polymer science from Penn State Univ .

Gary Adelman is a Director and a legal expert in Entertain Industry. He is the Corporate Attorney for Sterling Worldwide Entertainment. He replaces Mr. Donalson as a Director representing Sterling Worldwide Entertainment.

David Santus is Art Director/Director. He is a pioneer in the field on high-end digital re-touching of photographs for the lenticular market.  He and his associates will be creating the innovated uses for this family of products.  Such an innovated use is the development of 3-D lenticular advertisement for bus stops for well-known clients in the New York City market.

Jill Farley is Director and Secretary for Visual Industries Incorporated.  Ms. Farley has received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Rowan University of Glassboro, New Jersey. She is also a Director for Sterling Worldwide Entertainment.

G. Steve Donaldson is a former Director. He is president of Sterling Worldwide Entertainment LLC. Mr. Donaldson has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from New Jersey City University and has performed accounting and financial services for non-profit and Fortune 500 companies. He is involved in the growing field of spoken word poetry and artist management and has produced several films and Off-Broadway shows.
